MICRONEEDLING
Microneedling is a cosmetic procedure that uses small, sterilized needles to prick the skin. This treatment aims to generate new collagen and skin tissue to smooth, firm, and tone skin. In some cases a nourishing mask is added as a part of the treatment to absorb as much moisture/hydration as possible and thus enhancing the final outcome.

BENEFITS

• Fine lines/wrinkles - As you age, the collagen in your skin decreases, leading to fine lines around
delicate areas. Microneedling generates new collagen to minimize fine lines.
• Scarring/Acne Scars - Acne scars is damaged skin. Microneedling generates the collagen to assist in repairing the damaged skin.
•Hyperpigmentation (Incl. Age spots) - microneedling can break up the hyperpigmented cells, and cause the top layers of skin to regenerate thus creating the appearance of a more even skin tone.
•Stretch marks - Microneedling can fade stretch marks. Since stretch marks cause a disruption in the natural production of collagen, microneedling will help not only restart that production, but the overproduction of elastin and collagen will help in healing the damaged connective tissue in the dermis that creates the stretch mark.
• Improves skin texture.
• Loose skin, such as after weight loss
•Enlarged pores - When the collagen is stimulated it makes the skin more plump, causing the pores to tighten and appear smaller.
Although noticeable results may be obtained with a single microneedling procedure, the greatest improvement will be seen after a series of three to four consecutive treatments.
