I am thrilled to have opened KelTori Permanent Makeup, with the goal of providing as many people as possible the confidence boost that PMU has given me, and to accentuate your natural beauty. To me, this doesn’t feel like work; it's my passion! I am deeply grateful for every client who supports me and contributes to the ongoing growth of KelTori PMU. Your support means the world to me.

OUR STORY
Growing up with little to no eyebrows, Kelly became more self-aware in her late teenage years. After a bad experience, she decided to conduct thorough research on all the different options. After several years of building up the courage to have it done and narrowing it down to the result she wanted, which procedure would be best, and following multiple therapists to decide whom she would trust the most, she finally had her own PMU brows done.
Being artistic and naturally inclined to help others, Kelly soon realized that she wanted others to feel this confidence boost. No more worrying about your eyebrows disappearing when you want to go for a spontaneous swim or accidentally being partially wiped off without you noticing.
After studying marketing management and being in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, she decided to pursue courses in PMU, dermaplaning, and microneedling. Thus, KelTori Permanent Makeup was born.
